Alayna Borowick was a 2019 Walden School graduate from Louisville, Kentucky. Her passing has left her loved ones and community grieving a great loss. Tragically, a terrible vehicle accident today took Alayna's life.
She always went out of her way to help people around her, and her generosity had no limits. As a kind person, Alayna would lend an ear to a friend going through tough times or offer assistance to a complete stranger.
She had an innate goodness that shone through in her radiant beauty. Her intelligence, though, was the thing that really distinguished her. Her quick intellect and boundless curiosity propelled Alayna to achieve academic excellence and passionately pursue her passions.
She was fearless in the face of adversity and never turned down a chance to improve herself. Although Alayna thrived in academic environments, her energy had no bounds.
She had a reputation for having a sharp mind and a fast chuckle, which she could use to brighten up any gathering. She had a unique gift for seeing things from other people's perspectives, which allowed her knowledge to surpass her wit.
However, Alayna was most treasured for being the best daughter a parent could hope for. She had boundless love for her family and brought joy and pride to everyone lucky enough to call her their own.
While we grieve for Alayna Borowick's passing, let us not dwell on the sorrow of her demise but rather on the joy and splendor she brought into our world.
