Joseph L. Criswell, a 44-year-old resident of Milford, Indiana, tragically lost his life in a devastating head-on collision on Saturday evening in Kosciusko County. 


The incident unfolded just after 5:30 p.m. on County Road 150 West, south of County Road 400 North, according to reports from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office. 

The crash involved a Tesla driven by 31-year-old Anish Daita from Warsaw and a black Chevrolet SUV carrying six juvenile passengers.

Joseph Criswell, known for his kind-hearted nature and dedication to his family, was driving the Chevrolet SUV when the collision occurred. 

He was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind a devastated family and community. 

Joseph was a loving husband and father, deeply involved in his children's lives and actively participating in community activities.

The collision also resulted in injuries to nine other individuals, including Anish Daita and the six juvenile passengers in the Chevrolet SUV.
