Born on October 10, 1996, in Houston, Texas, Florian was known for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.
He attended Texas Tech University, where he earned a degree in business administration.
During his time at Texas Tech, Florian was an active and beloved member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He forged lifelong friendships and demonstrated exceptional leadership and camaraderie.
He was also a proud alumnus of the Texas Tech Polo Team, where his passion for the sport and his competitive spirit shone brightly.
Florian's struggle with depression and anxiety was a battle he fought courageously, often with a smile that belied his inner turmoil.
Despite his personal challenges, Florian was always ready to lend a hand to those in need, offering support and encouragement to friends and family.
His genuine kindness and compassionate nature touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.
His passing is a profound loss to the community, and his absence will be deeply felt by his parents, Mark and Linda Willfort, his younger sister, Emma, and his countless friends and fraternity brothers.

A memorial service will be held at St. Peter's United Methodist Church in Katy, TX, on July 12, 2024, at 2 p.m.
