Caleb Boelman Butte, MT Death: Facility Assistant at Missoula Children’s Theatre has died

Caleb Boelman, a valued Facility Assistant at Missoula Children’s Theatre, has tragically passed away at the age of 26. Caleb died on August 11th, 2024, following a sudden medical emergency that took him from his family, friends, and colleagues far too soon. 

His death has left a profound impact on the Butte, Montana community, where he was known for his dedication, enthusiasm, and kindness.

Caleb Boelman was a cherished member of the Missoula Children’s Theatre team, where he played an integral role in supporting the theatre's programs and ensuring the smooth operation of its facilities. 

His commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for the children and staff alike was evident in everything he did. 

Caleb’s work behind the scenes contributed significantly to the success of numerous productions and events, reflecting his passion for the arts and his unwavering dedication to the theatre’s mission.

Born and raised in Butte, Caleb was a familiar and well-loved figure in the community. 

He attended Butte High School before pursuing his interest in theatre and facility management. 

His natural ability to connect with people, combined with his love for theatre, made him a perfect fit for his role at the Missoula Children’s Theatre. 

Caleb’s positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond were qualities that earned him the respect and admiration of everyone he worked with.

Caleb is survived by his parents, Linda and Mark Boelman, and his younger sister, Sarah. 

His family, friends, and colleagues are deeply mourning his loss, and his absence will be keenly felt by all who knew him. 

A memorial service to honor Caleb’s life and contributions will be held on August 17th at the Butte Community Center. 

The service will provide an opportunity for those who were touched by Caleb’s warmth and spirit to come together and celebrate the remarkable life he led. 

Caleb Boelman’s legacy of kindness, dedication, and enthusiasm will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
