Michelle Peduto , the esteemed Superintendent of Catholic Schools in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has passed away at the age of 54 after a courageous battle with cancer. Michelle died on August 12th, 2024, leaving behind a profound legacy of dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to education.

Michelle Peduto’s career in education was marked by a deep passion for nurturing and developing students' potential. 

As Superintendent, she played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of Pittsburgh’s Catholic schools.
