Randy Tupper, a beloved community member and dedicated supporter of Whistle Binkies in Rochester, Minnesota, passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 62. His unexpected death has left the Rochester community in deep mourning, as friends and neighbors reflect on the profound impact he made through his generosity, warmth, and commitment to local causes.

Born on January 15, 1962, in Rochester, Randy was a lifelong resident who devoted much of his life to serving and enhancing his community. 

He was known for his unwavering support of local businesses, particularly Whistle Binkies, where he was a fixture, often seen engaging with patrons and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the establishment. 

Randy's enthusiasm for supporting local venues and his ability to connect with people made him a well-known and cherished figure in the area.

Randy’s involvement extended far beyond his patronage of Whistle Binkies. He was an active participant in numerous local events and charity initiatives, regularly volunteering his time and resources to help those in need. 

His contributions ranged from organizing community fundraisers to participating in local outreach programs, reflecting his deep-seated belief in the importance of giving back to the community that had given him so much.

In his personal life, Randy was a devoted family man. He is survived by his wife, Karen; their children, Matthew and Jessica; and his siblings, Michael and Susan.
