Nicholas Tedesco, aged 21, tragically took his own life on June 22, 2024, at his home in Islip, New York.
He was born on July 14, 2002, in Islip to Mark and Jennifer Tedesco. Nicholas was the youngest of three siblings and is survived by his older brothers, Michael and Christopher Tedesco.
Nicholas was a bright and talented young man who had a passion for art and music. He graduated from Islip High School in 2020, where he was known for his creativity and sense of humor.
Nicholas dreamed of becoming a graphic designer and was known among his peers for his artistic talent.
Despite his struggles, Nicholas had a kind and gentle soul. He had a deep love for animals and volunteered at a local animal shelter, where he found solace in caring for and spending time with the animals in need.
Nicholas will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. A private service will be held for family members at the Islip Funeral Home on June 25, 2024.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, an organization dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting those affected by suicide loss.
Nicholas Tedesco is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Jennifer Tedesco, and his brothers, Michael and Christopher.
He will be remembered for his creativity, his kindness, and his love for animals.
