Lauren, aged 48, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, love, and profound impact on those she served.

Born on September 12, 1975, Lauren grew up in a family that valued health and natural living, which greatly influenced her career path. 

She pursued her passion for holistic health by obtaining her certification as a Holistic Health Coach (HHC) and Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 

Her academic journey was marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a deep-seated desire to help others achieve optimal health.

Lauren's career spanned over two decades, during which she built a thriving practice known for its personalized and integrative approach to wellness. 

She was a pioneer in blending traditional wisdom with modern nutritional science, creating individualized plans that addressed the root causes of health issues rather than just symptoms. 

Her clients often spoke of her ability to listen deeply, her empathetic nature, and her unwavering commitment to their well-being.

In addition to her private practice, Lauren was a prolific writer and speaker. She authored several books on holistic health, contributed to numerous health magazines, and was a sought-after speaker at wellness conferences worldwide.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; her children, Ava, Liam, and Sophia; her parents, Richard and Elaine Hughes; and her sister, Emily. 

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Harmony Wellness Center, where friends, family, and clients will gather to honor her memory and legacy. Lauren’s contributions to holistic health will continue to inspire and guide many for years to come.
