Born on May 5, 1979, in Richmond, Nicole was a lifelong resident of the city she loved. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her degree in Education.
Nicole’s passion for teaching and her genuine care for her students were evident from the very beginning of her career.
She started as an elementary school teacher, quickly earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues, students, and their families.
Nicole’s dedication to education led her to further her studies, earning a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
This accomplishment paved the way for her role as an assistant principal at Essex County Public Schools.
