Vance A. Kjorsvik, a beloved member of his community, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and compassion. His death has deeply saddened his family, friends, and all who knew him. 

Vance's life was marked by his unwavering kindness and dedication to those around him.

Born on March 12, 1958, Vance grew up in Fargo, North Dakota, where he developed a love for his hometown and its people. 

After graduating from Fargo South High School, he pursued a career in accounting, eventually becoming a respected figure in the local business community. 

His meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic earned him the admiration of colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of his professional life, Vance was known for his passion for golf and spending time with his family. 

He was a devoted husband to his wife, Emily, and a loving father to their two children, Sarah and Matthew. 

Vance cherished family gatherings and took great joy in creating lasting memories with his loved ones.

Vance's generosity extended beyond his immediate family; he was actively involved in charitable endeavors and always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. 

His warm smile and infectious laughter brightened the lives of everyone he met, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A visitation and funeral service to celebrate Vance's life will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Fargo on Saturday, July 13, at 10 a.m. 

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects and share their memories of Vance during this time of remembrance. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, a cause that was close to Vance's heart.

Vance A. Kjorsvik's legacy of kindness, compassion, and dedication to his community will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to call him a friend. 

He will be dearly missed and remembered fondly by all who knew him.
