The attack, carried out by Robin Westman, a 23-year-old individual dressed in black and armed with three firearms, left a trail of devastation and heartbreak in its wake. 

Authorities report that Westman opened fire on the congregation, resulting in the tragic deaths of two young children, ages 8 and 10, and injuring 17 others, including a 14-year-old girl named Sophia who remains in critical condition following emergency surgery.
